The location is good and ideal, close to the station. They have parking on site. the staff are fabulously friendly and really care about the guests.

Comfy beds, a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a fridge in the room.

The staff were COMPASSIONATE and helpful as well, will certainly stay here again. The room was neat and it had central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. The breakfast was plentiful with cappuccino and sandwiches, as example, had everything you could want.

Everything was perfect during our 4-day stay. Truly enjoyed the great location near the tramway and Santa Maria Novella train station. the hotel offered plentiful breakfasts with cakes, sandwiches, and homemade pastries.

The location was fantastic, very close to a train station, with a supermarket and a small grocery store nearby, exactly what we were looking for.

I recently stayed at B&B Terrazza Belfiore for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. Gianlucca, the host, was fantastic and provided excellent recommendations for exploring the city. The guest house was impeccably clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful, with a great variety of options. I especially enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in the evenings with a glass of wine. The location was also ideal, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. I highly recommend this guest house to everyone.

Holy moly, this place is off the charts! Gianluca, the manager, is absolutely amazing. He's like a super ninja of helpfulness. The place is cleaner than clean, which is saying something since my wife is a total clean freak. And the location is the bomb, just a short walk to all the major sights. Plus, the room was super modern, with a big bathroom and all the fancy tech stuff like Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. They even have a fancy elevator, so no hauling luggage up stairs. And did I mention the electric kettle for a nice cuppa tea? Oh, and they have air conditioning, which is essential in this heat. And no smoking, which is great for non-smokers like us. Seriously, this place ticks all the boxes. Go go go!

The manager was incredibly friendly and welcoming, giving us great tips on where to eat and showing us the best parts of the city on a map. The B&B is conveniently located within walking distance of the city center, making it easy to explore. The room was cozy and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The room was a bit tight for four people, so it might not be ideal for extended stays. while the terrace was a nice feature, it was only enjoyable when the weather was tolerable.
